Most Beautiful Girl in Nigeria 2013, Why Miss Bayelsa?

I saw a group of people arguing on the winner of "Most Beautiful Girl in Nigeria" after a series of audition.
Some were saying "why does it have to be Bayelsa representative"  even when there are so many others that are qualify than her, they said its  because she's representing the organizer's state.
Others says she's beautiful and qualify for the post.
 Indeed Fiona Aforma Amuzie is good to her own best, but does she really deserve to be crown the most beautiful girl in Nigeria among others?.
