UNILAG Students Died on Their way from Friend's Engagement
A Unilag student identified as Iyabo recently got engaged and her friends decided to celebrate with her.
The party was held off campus on Sunday 30th of June 2013 , and the students-the bride to be, her cousin Funmilayo Adelowotan, friends Eniola Abiodun and Temiloluwa Osindero -left for the party from a private Hostel (Emerald) located in front of Unilag main gate.
The party went well.
Iyabo’s fiance bade the girls goodbye while his younger brother offered to give the students a lift back to school.
Sadly however, on their way back to school, they were involved in a fatal car accident along the international airport Road in Ikeja, Lagos.
