PHOTO: Atiku Denies 2015 Campaign Billboards
The
ex- vice-president, Atiku Abubakar has denied any involvement in the
erection of campaign posters in Abuja, the Federal Capital Territory.
The billboards purportedly signify his intention to run for the upcoming
2015 presidential elections.
The
signs (pictured) have appeared in various strategic places for
commuters to catch a glimpse of the Adamawa born politician which the
inscription ‘The Alternative Candidate’.
However,
Atiku Abubakar has insisted that he was not connected and also wondered
why the people behind the billboards were not immediately arrested by
security operatives.
Reportedly,
the former VP stated: “It is baffling that people can erect billboards
and posters in a city like Abuja in broad day light without being
spotted and arrested by security agents”.
With
the billboard subject coming out to disown them, we urge the owners to
state their intentions. It’s all politics we presume.
