EDUCATION IN OSUN: GOVT LUNCHES 'OPON IMO' PROJECT

The government of Osun State is presenting the “Opon Imo” – Tablet of Knowledge project. The initiative is directed at improving the quality of education and its sector in the state by embracing technology.

The government has identified key issues especially in the area of performance of students in the Senior Secondary School leaving Certificate(SSCE) and matriculation examinations and are determined to do something positive to help the students do better as it engages the use of modern state-of-the-art curriculum and education materials to empower and enrich lives.
